Relation expansion
Relation fields are queryable as stored record IDs. Embedded relation expansion is not enabled yet.
Clients should fetch related records explicitly for now. This keeps cycles, authorization and response-size behavior honest while preserving explicit cycle, authorization and response-size behavior.
Planned boundary
A later checkpoint will add bounded expansion depth, cycle detection, per-related-record authorization and deterministic omission behavior. Trestle does not currently accept an expand parameter.
